Join us for a creative and reflective experience to explore personal development through a relationship with a living plant.
This offer is available to you as a group workshop or individual session in Lichtenberg, or a group workshop in Neukölln.

One-on-One Session - online or in person in Lichtenberg
Prefer a more personal space? Join a 1-hour individual session, available both in person and online (for those who cannot leave home or live too far from the workshop location).
In the in-person format, you’ll receive a potted plant to work with.
In the online format, we ask you to bring a plant from your own space.

About the Facilitator:
Dagna Gmitrowicz. An artist, therapist, and innovation specialist, Dagna combines art, learning, management, and nature in her work. She paints in her forest studio and is a certified Forest Therapy Guide (ANFT, USA) and Therapist (M. Erickson Institute). For over 20 years, she has led international projects, designed transformative training programs, and created unique educational tools through art and nature.
Group Workshop - Neukölln
This 3-hour group session introduces a unique method of self-reflection using the metaphor of a potted plant. It includes guided exercises, quiet personal moments, and group reflection (5–15 participants). You’ll receive your very own plant to continue the process at home.
Light refreshments and drinks are included.
Choose one of the two dates: Saturday 03 May (12-15h) or 28 May (18-21h)or May 24

About the Facilitator
Lorena Terzi
Born in Italy, she migrated to different parts of the planet before landing in Berlin.
Having studied Art and Cultural Heritage, she is now training in Neuroeducation.
She hosts creative processes exploring different mediums, from textile art to poetry, from street interventions to photography and storytelling, as means to engage with people, and as tools to create community building and fostering self-empowerment.
She believes in the motto “gentileza gera gentileza”, kindness generates kindness, and in the power of artivism and creativity to shape the world around us.
Group Workshop - Lichtenberg

About the Facilitator
Elisabeth Fraser. Born in the UK, Elisabeth studied Fine Art in London before moving to the South of France, where she painted the luminous trees of the Languedoc. Living in Berlin since 2016, her work now focuses on people and the inner world. She uses archetypes and religious symbols to explore love, loss, and connection. Currently training as a chaplain and supporting KulturNest, she sees this initiative as “meeting many of our social needs through powerful, impactful tools.”
All workshops and individual sessions are free.
