Lange Nacht Der Bilder - Grüne Ecke

On 5 September KulturNest took part in Lange Nacht der Bilder at their home, Studios ID in Lichtenberg. Here, you can take a look around!

We presented artworks from founding member Dagna Gmitrowicz (link to external website) and member Beth Fraser (link to Instagram).

We also took the opportunity to introduce visitors to our current projects Accessible Forest (link to external website) and Planting Stories.

Guests were really enthusiastic at the wonderful work we are doing to bring people into connection with nature through these two pathways; going into nature outside and connecting with the natural beings we have around us at home.

The highlight of the evening was an experimental installation we created.... our very first Grüne Ecke!

For a long time we have been discussing how to bring the wonderful impact of both Planting Stories and Accessible Forest to more people. We especially feel a strong desire to share the power of this work with hospitals, schools, residencies for the elderly and migrants, businesses and other organisations.
