How wonderful it is to be back in the forest!
Having taken part in the Accessible Forest project as a participant in 2025...
I've experienced first hand what wonders the forest can work on stress levels, clarity of thinking and the power of breaking from the daily routine to stop and share an experience with nature and in community with other people. So, it is wonderful for me to have the honour of presenting this next offering from KulturNest:
Following the Accessible Forest project, KulturNest felt that they simply had to carry on offering this beautiful experience to all people, and so we have developed this walk to bring people into connection with nature; engaging their senses through various guided reflection methods.
Led by Association of Nature & Forest Therapy (ANFT) guide and founding member of KulturNest, Dagna Gmitrowicz, we will also work with guest experts to bring diversity to the experience from month to month.

We are delighted to be working with Thea Schnering, voice and movement expert. Her input leads us into gentle communication with the forest.
You can find out about the details of the walks on our Nature Connection Sundays page. If you have a group with particular needs, we would be delighted to tailor our offering to meet your requirements if possible. Please contact us with your ideas and questions.
The next date are below and we hope to offer this also monthly throughout 2026. Please use the link below to register, donations welcome!
